- 1 whole chicken
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Nani's Achar Dried Fruit Pickle
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or worcestershire sauce for a gluten free option
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, both inside and out.
