We put a great deal of pride into our products. Due to safety of all parties involved, we are unable to accommodate requests for refunds at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need to investigate through shipping partners and this process can be lengthy.
