2.5 lbs beef short ribs
4 tbsp Nani’s Achar Lemon Pickle
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Salt
½ chili flakes (optional if you like it hot!)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, ginger and garlic paste, cumin and coriander powder, salt and chili flakes.
Add to ribs and massage well.
Place the ribs in a large ziplock bag or covered bowl and marinate overnight or in the fridge for 1-2 hours
Coat ribs generously with the dried fruit glaze and arrange on the foiled baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven until fork-tender, about 20-30 minutes.
Pour remaining glaze over ribs about halfway through cooking.
Allow short ribs to rest for 5-7 minutes before digging in to seal in the delicious flavours. Voila! Garnish with fresh red onions or parsley and serve!

Coat the marinated ribs generously with the dried fruit glaze and arrange in the air fryer in a single layer. Air fry for 8 minutes, flip and glaze then cook for another 5-8 minutes, to your desired doneness (13 to 16 minutes total depending on the air fryer).

Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.

5 tbsp melted butter

6 ounces Brie cheese, cubed ½ inch

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Nani’s Achar Carrots/Mixed Veggies Pickle
¼ cup diced green onions
Salt and Pepper to taste

4 slices of your favourite bread
Step 1:
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat and cover. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 minutes. Remove from hot water and cool in a bowl of ice water. Peel and chop the eggs.
Step 2:
Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, Carrot/Veggies Pickle, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Place a layer of lettuce on your bread slice. Spread Nani’s Egg Salad on top. Top with another lettuce leaf and the other slide of bread. You can also serve with your favourite crackers.
Pro tip: You can also mix the boiled eggs, mayo, Nani’s Carrot/Veggies Pickle, and green onions in a food processor to get a more uniform egg salad mixture.

Ingredients:
2.5 lb chicken wings

1 tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Garlic
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 tbsp Yogurt + 3 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Step 1
Take the chicken wings in a bowl. Rub with salt and set aside for ten minutes.
Step 2
Blend Nani’s Achar Mango Pickle, along with ginger, garlic, olive oil and 2 tbsp yogurt in a blender.
Step 3
Pour blended marinade on top of chicken and add remaining 3 tbsp yogurt. Mix well.
Step 4
Cover bowl or transfer chicken wings into a large zip-lock bag, seal and refrigerate for two hours, or overnight.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 400º C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 6
Place marinated chicken wings on parchment paper, reserving the marinade.
Step 7
Put the tray into a preheated oven and bake for 30 mins, turn, baste, and then bake for another 10-15 minutes, basting with some marinade as required.
Step 8
Serve hot with Nani’s Achar Mango Aioli or your favourite dipping sauce
Notes: For extra crispy wings, bake the wings for only 30 minutes, turn, lower the oven temperature to the "keep warm" setting (170 degrees F), and keep the wings in the oven for 30-60 more minutes.
This recipe can also be made in an AirFryer. Follow the recipe until Step 4.

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees. Spray the basket with cooking spray.
Step 6
Arrange the wings in an even layer with the skin side up. Air Fry the wings, turning and basting every 5 minutes for about 15 minutes or until the wings are crispy and brown.
Cooking time will vary based on air fryer and size of wings, but may take up to 20 minutes.
